Jack and John Gumley established Gumley Building Group in 2016 after a successful building partnership with BromleyGumley.
Combining over 20 years of building experience our business is based on quality building and effective communication with our clients so we understand their needs and they have the information to make good decisions. Gumley Building has grown over the last 6 years with the help of exceptional tradespeople.
We are an inclusive employer and are working to improve the number of women in the construction industry, with our third female apprentice. We provide our apprentices with high quality, diverse opportunities to learn and challenge their abilities.
Many of our customers have trusted us with subsequent projects like second stages of renovations, studios and second residences. We pride ourselves on our long-term commitment to our customers, and strive to provide the best building solution for their needs.

Jack and John have had over 30 combined years of experience in remodelling from adding decks, pergolas, new windows, bathrooms, internal modifications, external makeover and extensions. We are experienced in renovating older homes and more recent builds.
Depending on the local government requirements, approvals and plans may be needed.
KNOCK DOWN RE-BUILD AND NEW BUILDS
Working to your design
Older houses were not built to the same requirements that a new building is today.
Bad design and orientation on the block, insufficient insulation in floors, walls, roofs and windows, no termite protection and decay can make your old home not viable to remodel.
We can suggest or work with your own designer on a more efficient home that is built to a high quality.
LOCAL SERVICES AND SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
Much of our success comes from using high quality products from local suppliers where possible, expert tradespeople and sustainable business practices. We reuse materials where possible, sort and recycle to minimise landfill and choose sustainable products where available.
